The planned allocation is €65m for industrial energy efficiency and €37.2m for energy renovation of tertiary-sector buildings. A minimum 20% consumption reduction has been announced for the latter.
Who can start preparing
Hotels, campsites, restaurants, retail, offices, care homes, facilities and small or medium industrial businesses with significant consumption or planned investment.
What to gather now
Energy bills and consumption, use and floor-area data, an equipment inventory, building records, planned measures and initial quotations.
What is not yet confirmed
Until the final rules are published, beneficiaries, eligible measures, grant rates, deadlines and mandatory evidence cannot be guaranteed.
