Are applications open?
Not yet. ICAEN has announced both programmes; we will verify the official status before any application work starts.
Which businesses will qualify?
Programmes have been announced for industry and tertiary-sector buildings. The final rules will define beneficiaries.
What does a 20% reduction mean?
It is the minimum target announced for tertiary buildings; the calculation method will be set by the call.
Will I need a certificate or audit?
That will depend on the project and final rules. We can prepare an EPC or assessment and coordinate an audit where required.
Can we start now?
Yes: collect consumption data, assess equipment, define measures and request quotations. Irreversible decisions should wait for the final conditions.
Do you only work in Tarragona?
Site visits focus on Camp de Tarragona; application and document support is available across Catalonia.
